  • Odorless & Insect free – functions in temperatures as low as 40ºF
  • Harmless to Pets, Lawns, & Shrubbery*

Doggie Dooley waste disposal systems install in the ground to provide fast, easy cleanup of dog waste. Works like a home septic system by using environment-friendly enzymes and bacteria to turn dog waste into a ground-absorbed liquid. Simply deposit waste, add a small amount of water and a tablespoon of digester once a week. Ideal for most soil type, including sand. Doggie Dooleys will not work in poor draining clay soil. Functions in temperatures as low as 40°F. Each unit includes instructions and a 6 month supply of Digester Powder (depending on usage). Refills can be purchased separately and are sold at most retail pet stores.

The 3500 model works well for 1-2 dogs, and the 3800 model is ideal for 2 large dogs or 4 small dogs. Durable plastic parts are strong and easy to assemble and will not corrode or rust. Unique open-bottom system has no need for separate overflow device. Both units include a foot-operated lid; the 3800 model comes with a handy rake scoop and a starter packet of Waste Terminator powder.

Important Information:

These units do not work as effectively in soils with heavy clay content. To check for proper drainage, add 5 gallons of water after digging the hole. If the water drains completely in 48 hours, the unit should work properly.

The manufacturer recommends using Dooley Waste terminator (digester powder) with all units.

Too much chlorine in your water can stop or slow digestive action. Leaving a pail of water in the sun will evaporate the chlorine; this could take from 1-2 hours or up to an entire day if the chlorine level is very high.

Digestive action will start at 40° F and increases as the temperature rises. When temperatures drop below 40° you will want to discontinue use of the unit. When it warms up again, simply re-start the unit as in the beginning (adding water, stool, and digester powder).

Select a site for these units away from your house, tree roots, the path of your lawn mower, and an area of your yard where there is never standing water. Try to locate an area with minimum clay content and check for proper drainage first.
