Once you click the “Submit Order” button, the fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please check your order upon receipt. Damages and shortages must be reported to us immediately so that Customer Service can correct any problems. For damaged items, you must save all packing material and items for inspection. A Customer Service representative will contact the delivering carrier immediately on your behalf. Your business is appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused and re-sellable condition within 30 days of receipt along with the Shipping Confirmation/Receipt. All tags must be attached. We only accept returns that are 100% complete in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. No price tag residue, dog fur or demarcation of any kind can be accepted. Any return that does not meet these requirements may be refused.
Your item will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. This does not include shipping and handling charges. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
